Pre-Demolition Sale

LOTS OF PICTURES BELOW - 2 sets for the 2 different houses, make sure to scroll for both! 

TWO sales and TWO days of rain. Now, all the snow is gone and we are expecting nicer weather this weekend. Two different sales at two fabulous properties, each just a 2 minute walk from each other, down a country road.

Mount Pleasant Road and Meadowbank Road in Villanova, PA is home base.

Both sales are right there. Spring Mill Road is key. If you are coming up Route 23 (East) from Conshohocken and you get to the top of the hill (traffic light), turn right, south, onto Spring Mill. Less than 2 minutes to Mount Pleasant, turn right. Sale is about 3 blocks down. 

OR, if you are at Lancaster Avenue (Route 30) and Spring Mill (a major intersection near Villanova University), turn (NORTH) onto Spring Mill Road. 5-6 minutes to Mount Pleasant Road. Turn left. Sale is about 3 blocks down. 

We have removed the pictures of things sold last week, and added new pictures for the sale on Meadowbank (1st set). Some of the kitchen was sold. Still for sale is the large center island, the Subzero refrigerator and the freezer, the exhaust hood, and a few cabinets. All the pictures for the sale on Mount Pleasant are new pictures (2nd set). IMPORTANT: TO VIEW ALL THE PICTURES BELOW, THERE ARE TWO SETS - FIRST SET ON TOP ARE THOSE FROM THE HOUSE ON MEADOWBANK. SECOND SET ARE THOSE FROM THE HOUSE ON MOUNT PLEASANT. You'll have to scroll down toward bottom of page to view the second set. 

Parking: Meadowbank sale -- there are about 12-13 spots to park ON the property, or park on Mount Pleasant and walk over. DO NOT park on the very narrow, one lane wide Meadowbank. The neighbors WILL have you towed.

Mount Pleasant sale -- plenty of parking on the public road.

Bring your friends, tools, measurements, but no children please, to a demolition sale. Thanks. 


We will be holding a huge estate sale sometime in April. Watch out for this truly impressive sale, the largest residential sale we have ever held.


That property has numerous large greenhouses, which we are now ready to offer for sale. Example - first one if 56 feet long and 18 feet wide. They are not glass, but polycarbonate construction (the best) and all in very good condition. They also have large, serious generators which will be for sale.
