To our dedicated customers and friends of Pre-Demolition Sales, 

Your friend (and negotiating foe!), Kevin Tobin, the Captain of all the Captains at Pre-Demolition Sales, passed away peacefully on December 31st after a lengthy set of health challenges. We're sending word to his long-standing and loyal clients (and friends) as well as those that were new to Pre-Demolition Sales over the last few years. 

We're all thankful for your many, many years of support. Kevin always loved a good deal, and loved providing good deals to you as well. He always viewed this business as a triple win -- a win for you the customer, a win for the property owner who made some extra money and recycled items to new owners, and a win avoiding sending items to a landfill. Sometimes it was a quadruple win when the police and fire departments could use the properties post-sale for training and practicing purposes. The success across that spectrum came from your loyalty and your attendance, and he was always proud of that. Thank you. 

Be careful, Saint Peter, if you're not paying attention, Kevin may try to sell your pearly gates right from under you!
