YES we have recycled a lot at earlier sales at this huge property.

YES there is still a lot more to recycle on this half of the property. And Yes, this is the last recycling event over on this half of the property.

 

We will soon begin recycling everything over on the other half.

Beautiful front entry, "Pella" slider, some insulated glass windows, quality window treatments, beautiful carpeting, wood flooring that you can no longer find today (all the walnut flooring is now sold), some bathroom fixtures, elevator, some HVAC equipment. Main kitchen is now gone, but nice kitchen in pretty apartment is available. Much "smalls" still available, with much more having just been added this week.

Now it is yours, and no one else can buy it - keep note of what you've marked sold while shopping, proceed to front desk to pay, and receive a paid receipt. PLEASE, PLEASE don't mark it sold and then change your mind, it is very unfair to our other customers.
