We held a demolition sale at this huge house two weekends before Christmas, because the demolition needed to get underway, even though we knew it was terrible timing. Then the demo got held up on a technicality, so now we have the time to do it right.

Black Rock Rd. in Bryn Mawr. Look for our signs on the corner of Black Rock and Old Gulph Road, that usually go up about 15 minutes before the sale starts.

A great kitchen with top shelf appliances. The super cabinets line one wall from floor to ceiling, offering fabulous storage. See the pictures. Beautiful hardwood flooring in long lengths, that you can't buy anymore. Numerous bathrooms, solid wood raised panel doors, light fixtures, numerous fireplace mantels, entire 3 story staircase, quality carpeting, window treatments. Insulated glass greenhouse, wet bar, cabinetry and bookcases, large win rack, beautiful millwork, washer & dryer, laundry tub. Newer "Weil McClain" boiler, radiators, cast iron baseboard heaters, radiator covers, gas water heater. Three, yes three central air conditioning systems by "Carrier".
