Sale by "Pre-Demolition Sales" except there is no demolition.

This is a really good, large sale that we are handling for an ongoing customer, who is now moving from their fabulous home in Haverford (for sale for $2,300,000 just in case you are looking). The Mrs. is a high-end Main Line designer and she is selling numerous things from her collection that she has acquired over the years. Can't say enough about some of the exciting items that she has added to the sale. With no special order, we will try to comment on the pictures as they're shown below.

  • Exciting large old kitchen cupboard, never painted, getting hard to find ..... Another angle of cupboard ..... And another angle of cupboard .....

  • The next 4 pictures are of 4 different fabulous "openings" that were removed by the owner from a very large famous restaurant, before demolition. Everything was photographed, each piece labeled, packed, and put in storage years ago. Creative minds will appreciate and envision each of the 4 projects ....

  • 15 foot long (yes, 15 feet) bath vanity top with 2 quality sinks and hardware. Could be cut ..... Another view from opposite direction of vanity top .....

  • Formal furniture. Great condition .....

  • Two exciting love seats -- 2 additional love seats (not shown) .....

  • 4 lounge chairs (pool side) with cushions. Some of the 26 pairs of shutters ..... Garden pots and more shutters. All the shutters are vintage but in super condition. No rot, unlike most old shutters. Louvered and raised panel, different sizes but all in great condition, except maybe peeling paint. Every buyer of a pair of shutters will get ALL of the ORIGINAL hardware - slide bolt, two COMPLETE sets of hinges, and 2 "shutter dogs" (holds shutters open against the wall). VERY rare to get such a complete package. CHEAP! .....

  • The STAR of the show. Antique bench from a shoe store, with an advertisement cut into the backboard "Star Brand Shoes (AND MORE)" ....

  • "Twig" type unusual planters, all metal .....

Looks like size 16/32; some window treatments, some carpeting, numerous designer pillows, bed spreads; high-end brass & glass electric wall sconces by Ball & Ball; and PLENTY more!

Directions: Look for our directional signs, that usually go up about 15 minutes before the sale is set to start, on Golf House Road in Haverford, PA. Between College Avenue and Ardmore Avenue, across the street from Merion Golf Club.

Bring your friends, tools, and measurements, but please, no children to a demolition sale. Thanks.
