We tried to hold this sale before; and now we're giving it another shot. Prices have been adjusted and we are anxious sellers, as the contractors are standing by. Entire estate is not being torn down, but being MAJORLY renovated. High-end kitchen being totally replaced. Fabulous bathroom. Spiral stair already removed and ready to go.
